    Forward to a friend

    Add a link to the bottom of every email to allow the email to be forwarded to another email address.

    This would need to be associated with the original campaign, but the details tracked separately

    As far as capturing details for forwarded recipients is concerned, these cannot be made available to the account holder, until the recipient has opted in.

    Any tracking statistics shown for these recipients would need to refer to the contact who had forwarded the email, rather than the recipient.

    Following opt-in, a new contact would be created, which would allow the account holder to send further emails to this recipient.

    Reports: Show by user as well as by campaign

    Currently individual reports are shown for each campaign.

    It is proposed that additional reporting is shown on a per user basis - listing all campaigns sent, opened, read etc.

    Allow non used emails to be saved each month.

    Status: under review

    Whilst we appreciate that it can be frustrating to lose unused quota when a voucher expires, it would not be commercially sustainable for us to remove voucher expiry entirely, as LiveWire Campaign is dependent on the regular purchasing of vouchers to support ongoing maintenance and improvements to functionality.

    We are seriously considering offering vouchers on a subscription basis, with quota being rolled over from month to month. If this is something that would satisfy your requirements, then please vote for the new suggestion:

    Add time scheduling to campaigns

    Campaigns could be set up in advance by specifying a date and time and be sent without having to be physically present. Great for when in meetings, travelling or on holiday.

    Have a way of deleting bounceback records

    implement a way to remove any bounceback contacts. I dont want them. They're of no use to me. I would like to clean up the contact list & leave only active email addresses.

    When a bounceback is received for an email campaign sent to a contact, currently 2 actions are taken:

    * Campaign statistics for the campaign which bounced back are updated to record this recipient as having bounced back

    * The contact is marked as unsubscribed, and hence will not be included in any subsequent campaigns

    Unsubscribed contacts can not be deleted from the system, as this would potentially allow contacts who had requested to be unsubscribed to be accidentally added to an account again.

    In order to allow bouncebacked contacts to be deleted from the system, more information would need to be recorded as to why a contact had been unsubscribed. This would be implemented as part of http://livewirecampaign.uservoice.com/pages/20441l/suggestions/215982 if / when this is implemented.

    As a shorter term measure to keep the contacts list tidy, we could modify the default view within the manage contacts screen to not show unsubscribed contacts. (These could still be viewed if required by adjusting the filter criteria)

    Would this be a useful modification?

    Automatically issue VAT receipts

    Automatically issue VAT receipt after completing purchase of a voucher through PayPal, and send via email - or allow for it to be downloaded from the Voucher History page

    BounceBacks - Show more information and allow contact to be resubscribed

    Show more information concerning why a particular email has bounced back - and allow contact to be resubscribed if appropriate.

    Send 'Test to Myself' emails to From Address for Campaign

    Currently "Test to Myself" emails go to the acount default email address.

    It is suggested that test emails go to the From Address selected for the campagin, rather than the account default address.

    Reports - Create downloadable PDF version

    Add link to the report summary screen to download a printable PDF version of the current statistics.

    Integrate with Twitter

    Integrate with Twitter to allow a twitter account to be associated with each LiveWire Campaign account.
    When sending a campaign there would then be an option to automatically send a Tweet containing the Email Subject and a short link to view the campaign contents

    Create mobile interface for use on iPhone

    Create a mobile interface which is optimised for viewing on a mobile device such as an iPhone.

    This would allow limited access to specific features - predominantly campaign reports, and would link to the full interface for access to other features if required.

    Contact Group creation / addition from reports

    Implement a way of creating new contact groups, or adding contacts to an existing group based on a report statistic for a campaign (e.g. opens, click throughs)

    This would make it easier to create targeted
    follow up campaigns based on the response to an older campaign.

    Designer - Specify dynamic data used in salutation

    Currently all emails are addressed to [Salutaion] [First Name]

    It is proposed that the following options are given:
    * No Saluataion
    * First Name
    * Frist Name Last Name
    * Last Name

    enable other fields from CONTACT list to be included in email text boxes

    This is deinately something that we will consider implementing, based on demand.
    Another consideration is if using the existing fields which are available on the contact list would be sufficient, or whether it would also be useful to have the ability to add custom fields to the contact list.

    Import Contacts from web mail (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL)

    Implement a way of importing contacts directly from web-mail clients - for instance Google mail, Google Applications, Windows Live Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL

    Vouchers - Allow payment by monthly subscription

    Currenty all quota is purchased on a Pay-as-you-go basis - quota is bought as it is needed, to be used within 30 days of purchase.

    Vouchers - Allow additional payment methods

    Currently all payments have to be made through PayPal - although it is possible to make a payment using a credit card without having a PayPal account.

    It has been suggested that an additional payment option is offered, as a number of customers have experienced difficulty using PayPal.
